Materials & Supplies

All materials are included in the tuition. Our studio provides:

• Paints: Heavy-body acrylics and designer gouache.

• Drawing: Artist-quality oil pastels and pencils.

• Surfaces: Gallery canvases and heavy art papers.

• Sculpting: Artist-grade air-dry clay and tools.

Parents do not need to bring any outside supplies.

*Art is a hands-on process at Atelier Nagaharu. We use vibrant, high-pigment paints that are designed to last—which means they may not wash out of clothing once they dry. Please send your young artist in 'studio-ready' clothes that you don't mind getting a few colorful splashes on!

Snacks & Lunch

Creating art takes energy! We take a short, 15-minute break during each session to rest and recharge.

• Half-Day Students: Please bring a small, nut-free snack and a refillable water bottle.

• Full-Day Students: Please bring a nut-free sack lunch and a water bottle. We enjoy a supervised lunch hour from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.

• Note: To keep all our artists safe, we kindly ask that all food be strictly nut-free.

The Independence Studio Intensive Week

*Holiday week runs Monday, June 29 – Thursday, July 2.

• Half-Day (AM or PM): $215

• Full-Day (9am – 4pm): $385

Daily Times & Extended Care

• Early Drop-Off: 8:15 AM — $15 per day / $60 per week

• Morning Session (AM): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Afternoon Session (PM): 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Full Day: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Includes supervised lunch hour)

Special Discounts

• Early Bird: Save $20 off per week if you register by April 15th.

• Sibling Discount: 10% off for the second child (same week).

• Note: Early Bird and Sibling discounts cannot be combined.

Registration Details

• Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required per week to hold your spot.

• Small Groups: Strictly limited to 12 students for personalized coaching.

• All-Inclusive: All professional acrylic paints, canvases, and clay are provided.
