Subscription & Policy

1. Membership Subscription Model

Our membership operates on a fixed monthly billing cycle to ensure a stable and supportive creative community.

  • Membership Commitment:

  • Monthly: $150

  • Quarterly (3 Months): $405 (10% savings)

  • Semi-Annual (6 Months): $765 (15% savings)

  • All multi-month memberships are processed as a single, upfront payment at the start of your term.

  • Subscription Commitment: By joining our membership, you are subscribing to a monthly commitment. Your billing cycle begins on the day of your registration and renews automatically on the same day each month.

  • Studio Access: As a subscriber, you are granted full access to the studio and community resources throughout your active billing cycle. Please note that membership is a recurring service, not a per-visit rental.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to support your artistic commitment. Our refund policy is structured to maintain the fairness and sustainability of our community:

  • Current Cycle: Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, regardless of personal attendance or usage. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

  • Early Termination (Multi-month plans): For members on 3-month or 6-month plans, if you choose to terminate your membership early, the refund will be calculated based on the standard monthly rate ($150/month), rather than the discounted rate you initially paid.

    • Calculation Formula:[Total Paid] – [Standard Monthly Rate ($150) × Months Used] – [10% Early Termination Fee] = Refund Amount

  • All refunds are processed within 10 business days of your written request.

3. Membership Pause Policy

We understand that life occasionally requires a break from the studio. To offer flexibility, we provide a "Pause" option for multi-month members to ensure you do not lose your purchased studio time.

  • Eligibility:

    • 3-Month Plan: You may pause your membership up to 1 time.

    • 6-Month Plan: You may pause your membership up to 2 times.

  • Duration: Each pause period can be for up to 1 month.

  • Extension: During the pause period, your membership is temporarily suspended, and your original membership end date will be extended by the length of the pause.

  • How to Pause: Please notify us in writing (via email) at least 14 days prior to your desired pause date to ensure we can process your request for the upcoming billing cycle.

  • Note: The pause option is not available for the 1-month plan.
